Available for Lunch and Dinner, The Private Dining Room at Burnt Orange is designed for guests to indulge and enjoy the creativity of Pete Dantanus and his team of chefs.

This wood fired dining experience at The Burnt Orange is designed to be booked exclusively for your party. Our menu is subtly based around the seasons, using the best ingredients from the local area and our independent suppliers. Our more intimate private dining experience draws upon the heart of our a la carte menu, but aims to push forward our chef’s raw creativity and passion for adventurous cooking in a truly unique manner. Our menu exudes colour, taste and freshness with a focus on produce-led and flavour-packed ingredients with dishes being cooked in wood-fired ovens or over open flame and served to share. Served with a choice from our iconic punch bowls either the Pavilion Garden, Pebble Punch or the Sussex Spritz.

To top things all off, the deluxe experience is paired with four wines per course - a sparking, white, red and a sweet wine paring for the final course. These wines will change in response to the seasonality of the menu, for more information please get in touch!

This voucher is valid from 1st January 2023, for 12 months. This experience is valid for a minimum of 10 people.
Gift vouchers cannot be extended leading up to or after the expiration date.
This may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
This gift voucher is only good for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
No change or refund will be given, but the balance may be used for future purchases.
